Senior Property Manager, Institutional Portfolios

About the role

Single Property Management is looking for a senior property manager to oversee complex institutional portfolios in major US markets. You will manage a book of high-net-worth and family office clients, each with multiple properties under management. Your job is to protect asset value, maintain occupancy, and provide the reporting quality these clients expect.

What we’re looking for

• 5 or more years of property management experience, preferably with high-net-worth clients
• Licensed property manager in at least one target state (NY, FL, or CA)
• Experience preparing institutional-quality reporting and portfolio analytics
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and resolve issues without escalating to ownership
