About the role
You will manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties, overseeing everything from lease renewals and capital expenditure planning to operating budget performance. You work directly with ownership groups and family offices who have entrusted us with assets they have spent decades building.
What we’re looking for
- 4 or more years in asset management, property management, or real estate finance
- Strong financial modeling and budget management skills
- Experience with institutional reporting, including variance analysis and CapEx tracking
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing reporting
