Single Property Management is committed to providing accessible service and digital experiences in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation.

Our commitment

We strive to provide a website and digital service experience that is usable by people of all abilities, including those who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, alternative input devices, and accessible navigation tools.

What we do

  • Build the website using semantic HTML and accessible patterns
  • Ensure sufficient color contrast in our interface
  • Provide keyboard-navigable controls
  • Use alt text for meaningful images
  • Avoid reliance on color alone to convey meaning
  • Continually review accessibility as we update content and features

WCAG conformance

We aim to meet or exceed Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA, the standard referenced by Ontario’s AODA Information and Communications Standard.
