About the role
You will own the reporting layer for our client portfolios. That means monthly owner statements, variance analysis, occupancy tracking, and CapEx reporting across all managed properties. Our clients are family offices and institutional investors. They expect reports that look like they came from a real asset manager, not a property management company.
What we’re looking for
- 2 or more years in financial reporting, real estate analytics, or property management
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; familiarity with property management software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple data sources simultaneously
- Clear written communication for client-facing documents
